this is on 1 of 4 sites. the other 3 are open to rent for those with rvs. this is a brand new 33 foot long travel trailer set in a small (4 spot) private campground with full hook ups on a 40 acre private lake right on the water. electric fireplace inside and out. outdoor fridge and cookstove. 50" tv with over the air antenna. 4 speaker stereo with bluetooth. the bedroom is at one end of the trailer witha queen bed and an exterior door to it as well. there are full size width bunk beds at the other end of the trailer. you can sleep 4 people there. there is an awning over the common area outside door. this is set 100 feet from oak lake. the site is 300Ft deep and 80 wide. a picnic table and fire ring are provided. The site is at the end of a one lane dirt road about 1/4 mile from pavement. its a dead end road so no through traffic. this is brand new with new plantings to beautify, but still tons of original trees and bushes between the road and the lake for your privacy. this is 1 spot of only 4 on a 3 1/2 acre property with full hook ups. it is a very quiet area, ,no motors on the lake, but awesome for floating or kayaking. plenty of panfish and wildlife. the birds sing all day long. i designed this area with a restful atmosphere in mind, so, no parties, or loud groups. of course a good time is in order, but be mindful of the other people in the area. don't force your idea of a good time on them. just common courtesy. like every other campground, night time quiet is required. 10PM seems to be a common time for that to take effect. there will be pots, pans, and dishes, silverware for your use, but you will need to provide your own bedding, towels, sheets blankets. there is no laundry facility on the premises. i want to keep it as rustic as possible for the nature lovers in all of us. you will need to bring your own floatational devices, whatever they may be. to get in the lake there are 2 paths to the waters edge and in you go:). again only 100 feet for door to shore. there are 3 other spots for rv owners to rent as well. they are all pull through spots, with full hook ups. there is no wifi or cable. the sites are very flat for setting up without a bunch of grief. sewer hook ups are 4" pvc female threaded. each site has your choice of 30 or 50 amp service. there is a picnic table and fire ring at each site. there are no area lights on purpose to minimize light pollution for the star gazers among us. the campground is functional, i will continue to improve the landscaping for more privacy between sites and the road. If you're looking for somewhere to put your feet up and relax, this is it. Either i or a responsible person will always be available for you to contact if you have any questions. I have to say here that in this area at times cell reception is sketchy, so if you try to contact me if you get voicemail, please leave a message and as soon as i get back into reception area i will return your call. again this is a rustic site with full hook ups, no other amenities on the site so any groceries or whatever you might need are available in town about 5 miles away. This site wraps around the northwest corner of oak lake. it is 3 1/2 acres . there is a band of natural growth 100'plus between the sites and the lake. there is also 100' between the road and the sites. most of it is screened by old growth, about 130' is being replanted and will fill out soon. there are some "neighbors" further around the lake and sound travels across water very well, so i want to say again, no parties or loud groups. it would just create problems for anyone wanting to come in afterwards. again, common courtesy. there are orv trails within 2 miles that you can ride to, town is 5 miles, garland golf course is 1/2 mile away. 100s of square miles of state and national forest to hike.
