The privately-located house on the beautiful Gull River which runs year-round. It's a great spot for a family retreat, entertaining with friends or a romantic getaway. Visit the nearby beach/boat launch (less than 1km away!) with available boat/recreational rentals in nearby Haliburton; mountain bike at nearby Sir Sam's Ski & Bike less than 3km away; or hike nearby. Visit the wonderful ski hill at Sir Sam's or snowmobile from your front door! Also less than 1km away is a wonderful market/LCBO. The space Enjoy sitting in the hot tub or sleeping with the windows open while listening to the river rush by. Various deer, turkeys and other wildlife walk through the property. Very easy flat-area access for your vehicle parking and room for trailering ATVs or snowmobiles. Outdoor fire pit for the chilly evenings and large back and side yards for activities. The open-concept kitchen/dining/living area is great for entertaining and cooking. Guest access Entire river house is available to guests with the exception of the owner's private garage area and basement. Guests will be the only occupants of the river house. Owner lives nearby less than 2km away for any questions or needs. Other things to note We also have ceiling fans in two rooms and an additional standing fan. Property-area very cool with shade and also being by the river.
