The home has a cozy and large living room, dining, and kitchen area with all of the equipment (including silverware, plates/bowls, pots, and pans) you need to cook, bake, and barbecue (gas grill) as well as seat 8+ people for meals. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The downstairs game room is great for keeping kids occupied and is equipped with ping pong, foosball, and TV with a large, comfortable L shaped sofa for group movie nights. There is an antechamber in the entry way for storing ski and other sports equipment. The home is stocked with soap, shampoo, and clean towels and linens for every guest. There is a laundry machine and dryer with detergent. Whole home. I will be reachable by phone the entire stay and have maintenance and cleaning staff in the area should any issues arise. We attended a family wedding at the Omni Hotel and with the property so close, it was a breeze getting back and forth. We had two families staying, 10 folks in all and there was plenty of room!! Having older adult children they enjoyed the game room very much! The fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom was a great plus as well, especially with all of us getting ready for the rehearsal dinner and wedding at the same time. The kitchen was stocked to the brim with everything we needed and more to prepare and serve our meals. We would definitely stay here again should we need a condo this size! This property is in a Great Location, its clean, spacious, well maintained and had plenty of parking. The property owners were wonderful and informative in providing us with all the necessary information for our stay! They were extremely prompt in answering any questions we had and were a pleasure to deal with. - Beth T. • 5 Stars: My extended family enjoyed a mini family reunion at this unit in August. It is comfortable (beds included), well-stocked (tissues, paper towels and anything else you might need) and spacious (4 bedrooms on 3 different floors). The basement family room was perfect to keep the kids and their noise separate from the adults. The owners were very responsive to any and all issues, before and during our stay. Bretton Woods is lovely in the summer time. We enjoyed the great outdoors with hiking, river swims, zipline at the ski resort, and cocktails at Mount Washington. The kids loved the ping pong table and fooze ball and it was great they had their own space while the adults could relax by the fire.
