The flat is located in the basement of a family home in 6th Avenue West. Close to restaurants, shopping and 3 blocks to the RTD light rail Red Rocks station. Surrounded by hiking trails from Green Mountain only a mile away, to nearly endless trails to chose from within Jefferson County alone. Plenty of activities close by from fishing and kayaking to skiing and snowshoeing. Access the space via key code through a private entry door and stairs to the basement.
