Garden cottage

Comfortable quiet studio garden cottage with full bathroom ,it is very private.Open living,indoor outdoor....bright and sunny....large skylight,french doors open into the garden....eat outside in our wonderful California climate.Kitchen has a refrigerator, bench top oven, microwave, and induction cooker. Walk 3 blocks to commute to the city,with casual carpool or direct bus. Laundry on the property.and Street parking only.. There is a Private entrance to the cottage. The space My studio is full of light with french doors that open to the garden.Private access ..... Enjoy a bath or shower. The kitchen has a counter top stove, microwave/fridge and induction cooking system....The bed is a little larger than a double but not a queen size. smart tv,and good internet service.. Guest access the studio and garden is yours to relax in.I am a gardener and have many fruit trees,herbs and vegetables .. The Laundry you may use is in the basement.. There is Also a full refridgerater freezer in the basement if you need more space. I encourage people to put their bags in the basement . Parking is on the street only Other things to note I have a floral studio where I work sometimes in the basement of the main house.....
