Vacation lakeside in our cabin on Bone Lake in Polk County, WI - just an hour from the Twin Cities. You can kick back and relax in this tastefully furnished 4bd/1ba home that has all the modern amenities, while also enjoying the charms of the rustic cabin life. Bone Lake is a lively, beautiful lake with 12 miles of shoreline - 200 feet of it is yours! Enjoy our paddle boards, canoe, and long dock. Polk County Permit no. 76788 The space This spacious 4 bedroom cabin has 6 beds and plenty of room to spread out. The space is perfect for families or group vacations. Decorated with our guests in mind; you'll love the knotty pine walls, the sky-high ceilings, and the chic and very comfortable furnishings. Three bedrooms are on the balcony and have walls on 3 sides, and thick curtains on the fourth side that can be closed for privacy. The fourth bedroom - the master - is on the main floor and has a door with a lock and a full closet. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware and has new appliances as of August 2017, (but please note there is not a dishwasher! Those hoping to wash no dishes on vacation may want to consider disposable dishes). Being that the cabin is very close to the shoreline and mostly under tree cover, the house stays very cool in the summertime. We also have lots of fans for moving air around on the especially hot days. Please do note, however, that the house does not have air conditioning. Guest access You'll enjoy our interior space as well as the 200 feet of lakeshore. Complete with patio and grill, fire pit, dock, hammock, and water toys. Other things to note Check in at 3pm. Check out before 10am. Sometimes early check-in and late check-out can be accommodated - feel free to ask.
