Quaint, detached guesthouse- Lucky 14 Ranch

Our small, Eco-Friendly guesthouse has amazing outdoors space and is good for up to 3 adults, (although 2 is more ideal), solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry, feathered, and equine friends (pets, horses). There is a queen bed in a bedroom and the sofa pulls out into a ~twin bed in the living area. There a are 3 stairs. We are 95% solar; most of our linens are organic. We have birds, trails, and nature at our finger tips... but are only 15-17 minutes from down town Logan. The space This fully equipped, small (< 400 sq ft), completely detached guest house is part of our 34 acre "ranch" and is set in a lovely, laid back and private environment. The guesthouse is located about 200ft from our house, but is separated by lots of green space and a huge garage. It is small and cozy but has everything, and is airy and well lit, with your own small deck and a fullly separate bedroom, small living area with pull out couch sofa bed, roomy, full kitchen. We have and offer access to miles of mountain trails, on the bench and in the mountains, we are in close proximity to 3 lovely canyons (Millville, Blacksmith, and Providence Canyons). We are "all pet" and even horse friendly -- there are many animals on site, horses, hens. We have 2 dogs who roam pretty freely on the property. They will bark at you at first but make friends quickly, especially with a treat (provided on the counter): Brown brindle = Jasmine, Black and white = Oscar.There is a internationally-renowned and very humane coyote research facility nearby; you will hear them all howl a few times a day. We love the sound, as do most guests, but some people find it "noisy". Please read reviews. Guest access You will have access to the guesthouse and the entire 34 acres upon which we live. Other things to note The feeling is rural ranch; the proximity is close (15-20 minutes) to town. We are bordered by the Blacksmith River to the West.
