This home is set up for longer stays. It sleeps 4 people. One Queen bed and two single beds. Two walk-in closets. The location is fantastic. It’s very close to I-25 and Paseo Del Norte, you can get anywhere in the city pretty fast from here. Close to groceries and shopping. There’s a one car garage for your use. A nice, big patio and yard to hang outside. Plenty of parking and all amenities you’ll need. This home is set up for traveling workers; NO LOCALS PLEASE The space Our home is equipped with Smart TV and WiFi. The kitchen is fully furnished for all your cooking and eating supplies, including spices, coffee, wine glasses. Both bedrooms have their own baths & walk-in closets. The beds are very comfortable with high-end linens!! Both baths have a dressing table. the kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer/ water & ice on the front; a separate drink fridge, dishwasher, gas stove and built-in microwave and a bar to set at with seating for 3. We have a washer & dryer for your use. We take a lot of pride in preparing, decorating and stocking our homes for your comfort. Owner is a licensed Realtor in NM There is a separate one bedroom apartment that is also for rent. That apartment uses the other garage. If you need more space please inquire if it’s available. Guest access There are two ways to gain access to the main house. You can go through the garage or go through the front door. You will need to park in front of the garage door on the left or in the circle drive Other things to note Regarding any PETS; we welcome your fur babies (dogs only, no cats) and travel companions with no extra fee. We just ask the parents be respectful for our home, furniture, and the next guest. Please DO NOT allow your pets on ANY furniture without covering it with a sheet. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS FOR THIS. Pick the yard up before you depart. Always put your pet in its kennel before you leave. PLEASE BRING YOUR PETS KENNEL FOR THIS. And clean up any messes they've made. My cleaning people are instructed to call me, as soon as they get to a home, when they see evidence of a pet. Including an odor. We will take pictures, and there will be a $500 charge for breaking these rules. NO EXCEPTIONS
