This spacious home has over 3200sqft of living space on two separate floors. Features 5 bedrooms + 1 den (that could also be used as a 6th bedroom) and 3 full baths. You'll sleep well on any bed because every bed has a Temperpedic mattress! There's 5 Samsung 4K LED TVs to watch. The first level consists of: - The Den/office: A great midcentury-inspired area which could be used as a 6th bedroom if needed with a queen size pull out sofa bed (with memory foam mattress topper) - Bathroom number 1 with stand up shower - The Orange Room: It has a Midcentury-inspired vibe with a King size bed and a very comfy Tempurpedic memory foam mattress and a 58" Samsung 4K TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime - Kitchen: Very open kitchen with gas stove and fully stocked with tons of spices, utensil, kitchenware, pots, pans, bowls, plates, and silverware that you need to cook up a feast for your friends and family, and 4 bar stools seating at the kitchen island The Living room: - Open and comfy living room with a gas fireplace, 75" Samsung 4K TV with surround sound, and two sofas - Dining Room with seating up to 8 people with 2 extra chairs - Outdoor patio area with propane BBQ grill The second level consists of: - 2nd living room area: Features a large comfy sectional that could sleep up to 2 people, 58" Samsung 4K TV with Netflix, PS4 is also provided for entertainment, as well as numerous classic board games - The Abstract-inspired Master bedroom with ensuite Featuring a California King sized Tempurpedic memory foam mattress, a 58" Samsung LED 4K TV with Netflix and a very large master bath with a luxurious tub and walk-in closet - The Contemporary-art inspired room: Featuring a more contemporary feel with very comfy King sized Tempurpedic memory foam mattress, a 55" Samsung LED 4K TV with Netflix - The Glam Room: Featuring a very glamorous vibe with Queen size bed with very comfy Tempurpedic memory foam mattress and 46" Samsung LED TV with Netflix - The Woodsy Room: Featuring a more rustic vibe woodsy vibe with very comfy dual Tempurpedic memory foam mattresses - Laundry room featuring Samsung washer and dryer - Parking: You will have access to park in up to 2 garages and there is an additional space for upto 4 cars in the driveway Guest access You will be able to access the entire house, 2 garages, and the outdoor patio area during your stay Other things to note — IMPORTANT: please read and agree to all house rules. — Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours. We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe 99% of our guests understand that and are awesome! However, I'm afraid over the years that other 1% have caused enough issues that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity, but also happens to coincide with the City of Seattle noise ordinance hours.
