The house is cleaned and sanitized according to hospitality procedures. The house was built by one of the best builders from Florida. It is located in an amazing resort style community surrounded by a Florida’s oasis natural beauty. The community is located next to the Shingle Creek Regional Park, which provides a charming back drop for peace and relaxation. Enjoy walking or running alongside nature, or if you bring a bike with, you enjoy a ride in one of the paths besides the lake and the green area. The one floor house is a perfect place up to 8 guests and will provide you and your family or friends a comfortable stay. There are four large bedrooms with TV sets, closets, and large bathrooms. A complete and amazing kitchen, dinner in an open for plan living room area integrated in a large space. Enjoy the swimming pool or the barbecue area. We strongly recommend keeping your children and infants under surveillance all the time while they are in the swimming pool area or next to the grill. Raves, noise parties, and big reunions are forbidden , see bellow. All the guests' names and the car details must be informed before check-in. This is mandatory according to the new community safety rules and front gate procedures. The swimming pool heating is not included. If you want to offer this comfort to your children and family, please let me know previously. It is sold separately. A regular use of the grill is free of charge. The propane replacement is up to you in case the container is empty; please read the guide to replacement service and warnings and tips. Regular clean of the grill is already included, but if an extra clean is required, it will be charged later. Besides the backyard there is a garage where you can find a game room with a ping-pong and a snooker table. Parking any car inside the garage is forbidden. Besides the whole house, you will be welcome to use the Club House (entrance restrictions may be imposed by the administration of the community). Club House is close (4 blocks by walking) and is where you and your guests can enjoy an amazing swimming pool in a really beautiful place with a great view of the lake and nature. There are lots of sunchairs and kiosks where you can relax under the Florida sunshine, reading a book, having some snacks or some drinks with your friends while waiting for the sunset spectacular time. The gym is in the Club House and is brand new with all you need to your workout. The gym is air conditioned, and there are clean and large restrooms to your convenience. Please read the guide to get the key passwords of the Club House entrance. WARNINGS: Raves , big reunions, or noise parties are totally forbidden inside our community. Please do not break this rule; otherwise, the neighbors under authorization of the local code enforcement can call the police and ask you to leave the house. If the owner receives any fine as penalty because of any guest bad behavior or if the guest misconduct this rule, the guest accepts and will have to refund the house's owner. The heater, filters, and pump machinery are under surveillance all the time, and it is a prohibited area for all guests. Only authorized employees can handle this equipment. The swimming pool heater can not work without the owner authorization. A penalty may be charged (cover+lock change + service) plus the consumed gas bill . All the guests' names and the cars must be informed before check-in. This is mandatory according to the new community safety rules and front gate procedures. Nobody will be authorized to go inside the community without a previous system register. All the guest must schedule any visitors and inform names and car details to the front gate employee, otherwise they won't be authorized to go inside the community. Guest access The maximum number of guests in the house is 8 people, including adults and children. Adults and 16-year-old kids' names must be informed before check-in. This is mandatory according to the community safety rules and front gate procedures. Nobody will be authorized to go inside the community without their full names informed previously. All the guests must schedule any visitors and inform names and car details to the front gate employee; otherwise, they won't be authorized to go inside the community. Even for long term stays, sales or promotions, the swimming pool heating is definitely not included. but a deal can be done and it can be ordered . The swimming pool heating is only recommended between November and February (but is not mandatory) If you want to offer this comfort to your children and family please let me know previously. If you decide to use the heater later, even during the stay, please send me a previous message. Your approval will be required via Airbnb, and the payment can be in the same credit card used to rent the house.
