This contemporary house is located in the heart of Monterrey, close to important avenues and places like MARCO, Macro plaza and Barrio Antiguo. You will love the place if you like big and comfy spaces, also is close to everything. The house is good for business travelers and families. The house is very clean. It has high ceilings, big spaces, a TV room set with apple tv to enjoy on a rainy day, wi-fi and a fully-equipped kitchen. NO PARKING INCLUDED, no exceptions. The space Hello Guests! This is a unique and lovely house located in the heart of Monterrey Downtown, 5 mins (in car) from the Macroplaza, MARCO museum and Barrio Antiguo. Its truly big interior will help you feel relaxed and comfy in your stay. Very easy to get to from the airport or by car. LOCATION: It's impossible to be more central if you stay in this house as it's literally minutes (in car) to everywere. CAPACITY: There are 4 rooms downstairs and 3 upstairs: 1) The living room with one sofa and one loveseat 2) The kitchen fully equipped, with one breakfast table for two. 3) The Dining Room with an 8 people table. 4) Bedroom with a double bed and a twin bed that comes from below, apple tv, and a full bathroom. 5) Master room with a King bed and a sofa bed (two twins), Full bathroom, Walking closet and a Terrace. 6)Room 1, Queen Bed and a Full Bathroom 7)Room 2, Queen Bed Fresh sheets and towels are supplied ABOUT THE HOUSE: - All rooms are very spacious. - It has 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom - Free Wi-Fi - Mugs, plates, etc. - Warm in winter, and pleasantly cool in the summer with minisplits - HEB grocery store 10 mins from the house (no traffic hours) and an oxxo 2 blocks walking. - Kitchen: it’s big and functional designed and has all you need to make a delicious meal: a cooker, a micorwave, a fridge (including a freezer), a toaster, blender. TRANSPORTATION: - I highly recommend using Uber, no cabs - Metro: the nearest stop its Fundadores and it can take you to a lots of places. - parking: The garage is NOT available, you can park on the street right in the house in front of the left garage, just one spot available. Guest access My guests have exclusive access to the entire house and patio. The patio can be used 10:00am-11:00pm. Garage NOT included. Other things to note I live in an apartment located on the back of the house, across the patio, I am a photographer and I have a photo studio so sometimes you will see me working (kinda) there. We also have 2 dogs and they are very friendly, so don't worry about them, just please be carefull when you go in and out because they can get out. We will not bother you and this is in another building not in the actual house. Thank you!
