Has three bedrooms, one living room, dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms. You can use the pool and jacuzzi. It’s in a gated community with security guard at all times . Great for gateway, business, or nightlife. Roughly about 25 mins from the border. Condominium is on top floor, you will need to go up 4 level of stairs. The space It’s walking distance from the beach and plenty of restaurants. The location of the condo is very safe and it has a jacuzzi plus two Pools. The atmosphere is very relaxing! Guest access You can use the BBQ (uses charcoal), pool, jacuzzi. There’s also laundry room that’s beside the pool area. Other things to note Our condominium is on the top floor. You need to go up 4 level of stairs. Beautiful ocean view and very spacious. You are allowed two parking spaces only.
