The second bedroom in the main house has a queen size bed with double doors that lead out to the garden courtyard of the property. The Kitchen has every appliance you could ever need (refrigerator/freezer/oven/4 burner stove/ coffee maker/ toaster / microwave). The main living area is very large and spacious with an L shaped couch facing a flat screen TV. The house is equipped with WIFI and DISH cable service. The Casita Studio (detached & located in the courtyard) is one bedroom (queen size bed), 1 full bathroom, with kitchenette. Kitchenette has a small refrigerator/freezer and a 2 burner stove, oven, coffee maker & toaster. 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM. There are 3 ocean front terraces and private beach access from the main house. The property is located in a community with security guards/gate and the home is well maintained by full time maintenance staff. You will find a full washer and dryer in the garage (holds one car). Community pool and tennis courts are available. All fireplaces are decorative only.
