Did I mention a smart 50" TV with HBO Max and streaming? So much better than a pricy hotel! Located on our 18 acre farm, 10 min. to Murphy, John C. Campbell Folkschool, and Harrah's casino; 2 min. to MilRace wedding venue. We are 30 min. to 2 whitewater rafting adventures: Ocoee and Nantahala! During the Pandemic of 2020, we took the time to make our loft even more special. We upgraded the flooring to luxury vinyl planks, added a larger tiled shower, a SLEEP NUMBER KING BED, Smart TV with streaming, and new barn trim. We travel extensively and love AirBnB and other sites which allow us unique experiences for lodging. We have worked hard to make our loft everything a traveler could ask for. We are also very aware of your desire for a clean safe stay. We make sure the loft is sparkling clean and sanitized between guests. You will be greeted with a gift basket of goodies to make it through breakfast or just a case of the munchies. The bed is a king size sleep number so you can adjust to the firmness you wish. The couch is leather and the floors are vinyl plank to make the area easy to clean as well as cozy with no worries. The kitchen area has a mini fridge with freezer space, a microwave, a Keurig, and real plates with utensils! Outside, we have added a gas grill (no charge for the gas), firepit, and picnic area. There are a couple of small closets to hang clothes, hangers and also some pull out drawers for storage. We made sure there are plenty of pillows and an extra blanket. Climate is controlled with a new mini-split heat and air system with a remote control. We included a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser. We even made sure you had luggage stands, if you prefer not to unpack your luggage. We also like the natural light in the room, but also love that it stays dark in the bedroom area for those who wish to sleep in. The luxury loft has HD TV via Direct TV with HBO Max and robust wifi for streaming all of your favorites. It is located in the center of our 18 acre farm with all paved road access. You will most likely never hear a car, yet you are only 10 minutes to great restaurants and activities. The roads to our house are all paved. Apple Maps will take you to our address. If you are using Google Maps, 100 Barnett Circle will get you close. I have reported the issue to Google. All vehicles, including motorcycles, will have no issues getting here. The loft is located above our new garage storage barn. (No animals below) You will have your own entrance, very separate from our house. We probably will never see each other come and go. We can allow parking below the loft if needed for motorcycles or cars to keep them from the weather. Guests are free to use our swimming pool that generally is ready by mid June - Oct 1 for swimming. We are avid cyclists and hikers. As life long residents, we are also more than happy to suggest hikes, mountain bike riding, fishing guides, or restaurants. How much you interact with us is up to you. You can text us or call us at anytime. We love our location because we can have our boat on five different lakes within minutes. We can be hiking the AT or mountain biking at Tsali within minutes. Our home is an easy distance to Murphy, Andrews, or Hayesville NC. All are within 10-15 minutes. We can enjoy whitewater within 30 minutes at either Ocoee or Nantahala. We are a great location to stay and play if you want to enjoy all the mountains have to offer. We have plenty of parking, bring a bus if you need to. We can accommodate what you have. Deer frequent our pastures. In 2016, a doe had triplets. They all survived the winter and now the herd has as many as 14! They appear at dusk. During July, our blueberry bushes are producing. You may be inclined to pick a few for your breakfast. We also have organic veggies in our greenhouse that guest are welcome to from April - early December.
