The space Our spacious and well-appointed condo features two cozy bedrooms, one with a comfortable King-sized bed and plenty of closet space, the other with two twins that could also be combined into a king size bed ; The living room is decorated with stylish and comfortable furniture to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. It includes a flat-screen TV, cable, and high-speed internet, perfect for a relaxed evening at home. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. You can dine at the cozy table by the window or on the outdoor terrace, surrounded by lush greenery. Our condo also has two full bathrooms, one with a standing shower and the other with a large soaking tub. The bathrooms are stocked with towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guest access Entire place; during summer ( opening late spring ) tennis courts , 2 pools , gym and pickle ball courts plus large golf practice area. Gym open year round! Other things to note IMPORTANT INFO *Anyone booking for a month or more MUST sign a lease and have work / references for HOA *HOA does not allow pets , trucks or commercial vehicles (if you own a truck you can rent a spot for winter across the street) *HOA and condo lease must be completed seperately to here ! *There is an HOA application fee plus refundable security deposit required for HOA and for long term rentals a security deposit must be made seperately ; * year round / summer you can find me on Outeast. Discounts will not be made on here due to fees I cannot change . *Please be sure to book and state the actual number of people coming in reservation request *full/queen bed instead of twin beds can be arranged for an extra fee if needed .
