Brand new kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms invite you to enjoy the luxury of a 4 star hotel in your own private residence. In addition to the apartment and upstairs patio, guests also have access to the washer and dryer in the garage, downstairs bbq, bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, and beach toys. We live in the house just in front of the apartment to be of any assistance you might need. We have been 'superhosts' since 2014 and truly enjoy meeting each and every guest. Walking distance to the heart of the village with shops and restaurants galore. Also blocks to some of the most beautiful beaches in the county. About a mile away is Fashion Island, a beautiful shopping center featuring Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Anthropologie, LuluLemon, Macys and many many more. 11 miles south is Laguna Beach, a charming beach town known for its art, art festivals, and restaurants. Southern California is for driving, but everything is pretty close here. We have two bicycles which are great for seeing the town and visiting local spots like Balboa Island, The Wedge (famous surfing spot), Huntington Beach, Fashion Island, and Corona del Mar Village, to name a few. There is ample parking on the street and a parking lot across the street. We welcome WELL BEHAVED dogs. This means: No barking, housebroken, clipped nails (so as not to be too noisy on hardwood floors), non destructive. Dogs must NEVER be left alone on property. We can recommend good dog walkers or day care if needed. Pet fee = $10 per day.
