The space Our place is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on the south side of Lake Havasu City, AZ. Master bedroom has a King sized bed with attached bathroom and a 42” flat screen television. There are two additional rooms, each with a queen sized bed. We have an additional futon in our laundry room which is effectively the fourth bedroom. The hallway shares the second bathroom. The kitchen has a stainless steel fridge, and a table with seating for 5. Living room has a 60” TV with a comfy couch, AppleTV, and WiFi throughout the house. The “Arizona Room” is a covered lighted patio with chairs to rest after a day on the lake or when you’re bbqing. Our lot has plenty of parking for you and your guests. TPT license 21419262 Other things to note We use the garage to store our personal things when we are enjoying the home. Please respect that the garage is off-limits to protect our investments. We do have a BBQ which renters have access to. It is located in the patio area, please DO NOT use it in the enclosed patio - wheel it out to the driveway area to avoid smoke getting into the house. If the tank is empty, you can do an exchange at the Short Stop market on the corner of McCulloch and the 95. We ask for no shoes on any carpeted areas. No pets. No smoking. Please make sure all dishes are done before leaving and beds are stripped of sheets and placed on top of the bed they were used. Comforters can stay in place.
