The space This home features a fully functional kitchen, dinning and living area, two patios all with ocean and garden views. There is a microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee pot and may other amenities. The living room has a wood burning fireplace. This beautiful home contains a washer and dryer located in the one car enclosed garage. Both bedrooms have queen size beds with ocean and garden views. The downstairs living area has 2 single size futons. There are 2 bathrooms located upstairs and downstairs. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and ocean breeze sitting under the palapa in the garden area. You may also enjoy a nice fire by the fireplace next to the palapa when conditions permit. Puerta del Mar is a gated community with in-housed 24-7 security guards. Guest access Guest have access to the tennis court, basketball court, pickle ball court and dog park. Access to the semi private beach is about a 5-10 minute walk.
