A Pelican Paradise is a close walk to the beach!

We love our cute beach bungalow! It's in a quiet neighborhood in Surfside Beach just a short block to the beach and ocean. It's only about 15 minutes to Myrtle Beach to the north and Murrell's Inlet to the soutj. The area is known for all-you-can-eat seafood buffets, miniature golf, and regular golf. There are also plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Our house is pet friendly with a maximum of 3. Keys are in a keybox on front door with code provided about a week before arrival. The space Our house named A Pelican Paradise is in a quiet neighborhood about a block from Surfside Beach, a super easy walk to the walkover access. You can see the ocean from the front yard! Enjoy sitting on the screened porch under the cooling ceiling fan or cook some burgers on the propane grill and eat on the picnic table in the backyard. The cottage and shed on the back of the property are for the owners only. The house has a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Also provided in kitchen are plenty of cooking utensils, auto-off coffee maker and blender. There is a step down from the kitchen to the laundry room which has new high efficiency LG washer and dryer. All of the beds have foam mattress toppers and the bedding is all encased in bed bug covers. There is a closet with hangers in every bedroom. Guest access The entire house is available for use including the screened porch. In the backyard enjoy the propane grill and picnic table. The shed and cottage at the back of the property are owners’ use only. Other things to note The house is pet friendly with a maximum of 3 dogs and/or cats. No fee at this time. Bring covers for the furniture if they like to sit on it and pick up poop in yard and in street.
