This home built in 2013, is a cozy and bright 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house. It is just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach, a walk to all of Dewey's nightlife and restaurants. Also a short drive or bike ride to Rehoboth Beach. Guests will need to bring your own sheets, towels and bath matts. Provided are 5/6 beach chairs and a beach cart. June 16 to September 15, 2023 Weekly Rental Friday to Friday Three bedrooms sleep 6, one with a king bed, second with a queen bed and the third with two twins. The pull out sofa in the living room sleeps two more. The home offers an outside shower, a gas grill and off-street parking for 2 or 3 vehicles. WIFI and a smart TV in each room. Guests will have access to wireless internet, a gas grill outside, and off-street parking for 2 to 3 vehicles. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, plates, cups, silverware and coffee maker. Blankets and pillows are provided. (Guests need to bring their own sheets and towels.) If you have any further questions or concerns, we can communicate thru email or phone conversations. Prior to your stay you will be given all the information you need to gain access to the property. Dewey Beach is "A Way of Life". The town has a beautiful wide beach and offers a plethora of restaurants and bars providing what you need morning and night. The town tends to be calm during the day and comes alive in the evenings and on the weekends. This provides a great combination for families and singles. Starboard, Bottle and Cork, Rusty Rudder, and the Lighthouse are all well known spots just a walk away. Of course this is a beach town, so you will find the colder months to be very quiet, business hours change. But the beach NEVER closes! Rehoboth Beach is the next beach North. For a change of pace you could head to the beach Town of Rehoboth which has a boardwalk, fun land, a ton of unique shopping and restaurants/bars. Head down Rt. 1 in Rehoboth and there is miniature golf, water parks, and shopping. On Rainy days head down Rt. 1 to the movies or explore all the outlet stores. Park the car! Bring your bicycles! Take strolls through the neighborhood, walk 1 1/2 blocks to the beach, convenience store 2 blocks away, Bars and Restaurants on every block. There is the Jolly Trolley that runs from Dewey to Rehoboth every 1/2 hour during the "in-season".
