This is a warm, comfortable, CLEAN, and well decorated mountainside ski condo that offers slopeside access (Ski In/ Ski Out) in the winter and perfect hiking location for when the snow melts! Floor 2: Kitchen, Living Room (Fireplace, Queen Size memory foam Pull Out Couch), Balcony (Catskill Views) We crafted and decorated this space with the goal of providing our guests a relaxing, convenient, clean, and warm ski getaway in the winter. After a nice long day of skiing or hiking, log right in to your Netflix account (2 Smart TVs), listen to the firewood crackle, and rest those legs. For summer guests, our condo is close to some amazing hiking, kayaking and biking and offers stunning views of the Catskills. We have great WiFi, a Smart TV in the Living Room (55 Inch), and a Smart TV in the Master Bedroom. The condo is about 1200 Square feet and is configured to accommodate everything from a couple, a family, or even a group of friends. Check In is as easy as could be with an Electronic Code Door Lock (Code will be emailed within 24 hours of Check In). ** If you are interested in a Seasonal Winter Rental, please let us know and we will send you our best rate!! ** The Whole condo is yours! You have a Private Balcony off of the Living Room with great views of the Catskills. This is located in a row of other condo units, but the condo is completely private. Although we live about an hour and a half away, we are always available via text/email/call. And we have a Property Manager, right near the Mountain, that can always assist, if need be. There are so many great restaurants, coffee shops, brew houses...too many to note here...BUT, once your reservation is confirmed, I will send you all of our favorite spots!! We have a RING Video Doorbell system installed outside the Front Entrance. This is used to verify the number of guests upon check-in. The kitchen has a full pot/pan set, all cookware essential utensils, olive oil, condiments, and spices. We have a Ski Rack in the Condo, on the lower level. It fits up to 8 pairs of skis. Holiday dates: for bookings around Xmas/New Years/Memorial Day/ July4th, we are strict with the number of days / dates that we allow for bookings!!
