The upstairs has a spacious bedroom with a king bed, bathroom, loft area w/ a queen size bed. A large terrace w/ great views. Downstairs has a kitchen; stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, etc. The dining and living area are modestly yet comfortably furnished. This two story house sits at the back of a quarter acre beautifully landscaped property on the malecon, the street that borders the Sea of Cortez. The entire house is yours. There is a private terrace on the first floor and a wonderful terrace on the second floor with view of the sea. The manager is on site Monday through Saturday from 10am until around 5pm and available by phone or text when after hours. We are two blocks from the Plaza and many restaurants. The water is in front of the property and very visible from the house, as is the fresh sea air, especially from the second floor. The beaches are a few minutes away on foot, and the marina is close by.
