Home in Puerto Penasco

Nice and large 2bdrm/2bath house for up to 7 people, just 8-10 minutes drive from the beach, malecon and main tourist attractions, fully equipped, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and 1 futon, living room with large tv and lots of streaming options, A/C, wifi, charcoal bbq grill, boiler, gated back and front yard and more! Shade parking, close to shops, cinema, food stands, if you are looking for a nice place at an affordable price this is your place! please contact me if any questions : ) The space The house can accommodate up to 7 people, the whole house is fenced for more privacy, there is a King bed in the first bedroom, a Queen and twin bed in the second bedroom and a futon by the living room, it has 2 bathrooms, 3 minisplit units, kitchen with all basic cooking utensils, pans, plates, cups, cutlery, etc. "saltillo" tile floors, in the back of the house there is a small palapa and in front of it there is a grill area with a charcoal grill and plenty sitting area, great option for first timers, regular visitors, dentist apoinments, work, a great alternative to the typical tourist hotel experience specially if you want to save on your budget, an alternative to extend your stay in town or an early arrival option before your resort destination. We try to describe our property as accurately as possible, The house as shown in the photos (or better in person : ) there are not many places to walk nearby (this has not been a problem for any of our guests as everything is just a few minutes in car, we just wanted to mention it for your information) Like most of Puerto Peñasco the house is located on a dirt road (a main blvd is just a few blocks down the street) our location might not be the best but keep in mind that a 2b/2b place on or by the beach can cost at least 3 and up to 5 times more$, the neighborhood is safe and quiet and the local neighbors are friendly We have not had any security problems in over 15 years. The malecon, the old port, the beach, playa bonita, hotel zone and most of the tourist attractions are located 3 to 3.5 miles from the house (about 10-12 minutes drive) places like supermarkets, movie theater, little cesars , food stands, Super Ley, sams club, bodega aurrera (walmart), taco stands, gas station, oxxo, etc. are within 2-3 minutes drive. We want our guests to have the peace of mind that we understand the importance of staying in a properly sanitized place, cleaning has always been one of our main priorities for our guests, but in these times we have doubled our effort to Provide a clean and sanitized place to stay for each of our guests. Guest access Guests have access to all areas with in the property : ) Other things to note On the upper part of the parking area there is another airbnb (you can check availability with me if you have a larger group) this airbnb is 2 bdrm 1 bath and has its own independent access and its own parking spot.
