My condo is located in the entertainment district and is a 3-5 minute walk from the Convention Centre, CN Tower, Blue Jays, Ripleys Aquarium and other popular attractions. It features a balcony with a CN Tower view as well as 2 bedrooms. The large master includes a queen bed and the other bedroom also has a queen bed. Must be twenty years old or older to book. *Gym is not available due to renovation until further notice* There are some equipment available in the Spin room The space The large ensuite master bedroom features a queen sized bed and the other bedroom also has a queen bed. The couch in the living room also converts into a comfortable double beds. I've gotten full sets of sheets and duvets for the two beds and the pull out couch. So you don't have to worry about that! The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances including a brand new fridge and stove! The bathroom includes a bathtub shower. A washer and dryer are also ensuite for guests to use. High speed wifi and cable TV are included in the unit. Building features include outdoor pool (closed in the winter), 24/7 gym, and hot tub. One parking spot included! Guest access The entire unit is yours! Other things to note * Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you a form to fill out and submit to the building before the check in date. *Parking for one car is free, additional visitor parking is available in the building on a first come first serve basis.
