When you arrive, we make sure the house is well lit, the temperature is just right, and the entire home is clean and welcoming to you and your group. We leave out extra cleaning supplies/necessities so you don't have to buy them. We have bragging rights on how comfortable our beds are, so you can have a restful night (and of course....no bunkbeds. Do you really want to sleep with 6+ people in one room...while you're on vacay?) You'll have plenty of closet space if you like to unpack when you travel and a luggage rack if you prefer to keep things in your suitcase. You can expect to have a lot of kitchen space, pots, pans, and appliances if you prefer to stay in and cook. And you like to cater (we can connect you with a caterer) you'll have lots of counter space. If you are a medical professional, you'll be close to Vanderbilt and St. Thomas Hospital. If you're here for corporate travel, you can easily get to all of the office buildings downtown, including the convention center. If you are here to visit your college student, you will be super close to Belmont/Vanderbilt. The "Little Things" Our cleaners take pride in having this property sparkling clean and often times need every minute to have it ready for each guest. We've got you covered when it comes to shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra towels, laundry detergent, and a coffee maker (Mr. Coffee & Keurig) .
