The space Luxury Lodging & Shared Spaces The estate comfortably hosts up to 20 guests across 8 bedrooms in the Main Lodge and detached cottages. The heart of the ranch is the gourmet chef’s kitchen and the grand lodge featuring a massive stone fireplace and a concert grand piano providing a warm, sophisticated setting for shared meals and meaningful team or family bonding. Premier Amenities & Recreation Whether you are looking for relaxation or active team-building, the property serves as a private playground for all ages: Water & Wellness: Refresh in the 70' swimming pool and spa, or head to the vineyard lakes for kayaking, paddleboarding, and the signature rope swing. Active Sports: Challenge your group on our brand-new (2024) tennis and pickleball courts, or enjoy on-site frisbee golf, basketball, and billiards. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire 325-acre estate and all amenities. Enjoy a 70-foot swimming pool, oversized hot tub, rope swings (including one into the lower lake), and two lakes with docks for swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing, and fishing (upper lake). Explore seven miles of private trails for hiking, running, or mountain biking. On-site activities include Frisbee golf (7 holes), horseshoes, basketball, ping pong, pool table, and brand-new 2024 tennis and pickleball courts. Relax on the main lodge’s expansive porch overlooking the estate and thousands of acres of old-growth redwoods, gather by the massive indoor fireplace or outdoor fire pit, play the concert grand piano, and cook in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen (or request a chef, we can coordinate!) Protecting Your Trip: Because our bookings are non-cancelable and non-reschedulable, we require guests to purchase travel insurance. This provides you with peace of mind and protection against any unforeseen changes to your plans. Rental Documentation: To finalize your reservation, we require a signed direct rental agreement and a standard liability waiver. We will send these documents to you via email shortly after booking.
