Rancho Loco - 2 Unit Compound

Rancho Loco is perfect for your desert hideaway home away from home. Located on its own secluded 20 acres, minutes from Joshua Tree National Park, Rancho Loco offers 360º views with over 50 Joshua trees, yuccas and native desert foliage all on the property. The property includes 2 separate living quarters, the cozy & bright main house and the open & airy studio. The houses are encompasses by a compound fence and divided by a beautiful swimming pool/spa. The space The Main house is basically a one bedroom with a kitchen and living room. In the Big Bedroom there is a queen bed and a fold out queen sofa. The studio has a Queen bed upstairs in the Loft and two twin beds on the ground floor. Both houses are cooled by evaporative coolers. The pool is NOT heated. The pool season runs from Memorial Day to Labor, Day...give or take a couple weeks. You can of course swim in it at any time - it just is kinda chilly out of season. Guest access This rental agreement includes both the main house, the studio and the pool/spa, located on 20 very private acres. There are 2 locked closets which are not accessible for guest which contain cleaning supplies. Regular cleaning supplies can be located under the kitchen sink in the main house. Other things to note There are two EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS which have been installed to monitor the entrance to the main house and the driveway.
