The space Bedroom 1: king Casper mattress, desk, tv, ensuite bathroom with shower Bedroom 2: king Casper mattress, ensuite bathroom with shower Bedroom 3: 2 sets of bunk beds, each set has a twin and full bed. Bathroom located next to the room. Bathroom has a tub/shower. Open floor plan. Dining room table that seats 8 and we also have 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. All stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Washer and Dryer in laundry room. All hurricane windows and doors. Heating of the pool is available for $20 a day October-April. We have a safety pool fence for children. Let us know if you need it. Parking - in driveway and additional paved spot in front of the house. PROVIDED - 2 bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, beach cart, snorkel gear, yoga mat, lawn games, and board games, books. Detailed suggestion list of where to eat and what to do. FOR KIDS - safety pool fence as needed, kid's sand toys, beach wagon,3 pack and plays, high chair, baby bath, toddler table and chairs, toddler bumpers for beds, diaper pail, outdoor pack and play, baby beach tent ALSO PROVIDED - linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, dish washing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen has blender, coffee pot with loose coffee grinds and filters and single use coffee machine that also uses coffee grinds.
