Welcome to Mirador, an exclusive TRAVLR Vacation Home! This stunning and completely remodeled villa is now available as the ultimate vacation home! Featuring 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a total of 8 beds, this luxury vacation home has it all to gather your family and friends, entertain and enjoy all of the amazing amenities of the California Desert. The space Outdoors: Just outside the living room is the impressive, half acre backyard with modern lounge seating, al fresco dining for 12 with patio heater, built in & natural gas BBQ and a gas fire pit. The oasis-style pool has a large tanning shelf and spa with waterfall spillway. Adjacent to the outdoor dining area, guests can relax in the shade on an overstuffed hammock lounger or in the sun with one of several chaise lounges that surround the crystal-clear pool and spa. Just beyond the pool, around the corner to the western end of the home is a large lawn that provides ample space for a game of bocce ball or corn hole. Indoors: All-new furnishings and fixtures, travertine floors and wood ceiling beams adorn the 3,600 square feet of the open-concept living space. Guests will find a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, wine refrigerator, walk-in pantry, double ovens and a 5-burner gas range with pot-filler; an impressive 9.5-ft dining table with seating for 8-10 and plenty of comfy lounge space in the living room with a large flat screen TV and funky décor. In need of a little more fun and entertainment? Head into the dedicated game room! Complete with shuffle board, a 50" mounted chess board, 4-person game table with oversized Restoration Hardware Monopoly game and an arcade unit with 120 classic arcade games such as Golden Tee, Space Invaders, Missile Command and more! Through the hall off the living room guests will find the east-wing of the house where there are three purposefully designed bedrooms, each with their own TV, in addition to the primary suite that conveniently opens onto the pool courtyard through its own entrance. At west-wing of the property you will find the second primary with king bed, en suite bath and private entrance from the front courtyard. Through the courtyard there is a private casita with king bed and en suite bath as well. • Primary Bedroom: King size bed, en suite bathroom with stand-alone shower and bath tub, Dual vanity, Walk-in closet. We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests’ and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties. INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished and have a kitchen with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender. Certain properties may have specialty appliances such as a crockpot or Keurig coffee maker. Please check the property description for your specific vacation home to confirm. Kitchen: Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.). House Supplies: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets. Other Items: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Arrival information, including access codes will be emailed 5-days prior to your arrival. Other things to note - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability. WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? TRAVLR Vacation Home properties are accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home for your entire stay. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? During the winter, the temperature of pools can range between 50-70 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 80-82 degrees, we do charge a fee of $150/night. Please let your property manager know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to! Music and outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable and respectful volume at all times, regardless of official "quiet hours". City fines start at $1,000 and are strictly enforced. DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
