The space The room is comfortable for 2, spacious and has good ventilation. The separate entrance is ideal for entering and leaving at the times you like, a second room has an entrance through the same exterior staircase, but completely different rooms, they only share the key to the staircase gate and then there is enough space and meters between one room and the other. The 7-Eleven is literally around the corner, very ideal for people who come quickly and don't want to go to the supermarket. You can walk (10 mins) to take buses in Garza Sada, or walk to the Walmart Las Torres (15-20 mins) or Mederos University. The area is residential so there is not much car noise all the time, there is parking around the entire block. Please consider that my house is on a slope, and that climbing 31 steps to the loft is NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ELDERLY OR DISABLED PEOPLE. Guest access The area is private. The only area you share with other guests are the access stairs to the two rooms that I manage. I place the padlocks with the keys for each room on the fence, but each room is separate and has a separate door with its own key. You only enter through the first security fence towards the stairs. Other things to note The room is not rented with parking, if you bring a car you must look for a place on the street.
