Located between Clearwater Beach & St. Pete Beach, this fully furnished Studio features a full kitchen with a full-sized stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher, granite countertop, microwave, kitchenware, a Queen bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, closet space, and new AC. This quaint 35-unit resort condo offers a heated pool with tables, lounge chairs and gas grill within a smoke-free tropical courtyard. Just step out the front door for a view of the gulf & 3 mins. walk to the beach. You are steps away from dining, shopping, and water sports. John's Pass, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach are all close by as well. Enjoy watching the sunset from the front balcony or walk across the street and enjoy a stroll on the beach or swim in the Gulf of Mexico.This adorable condo is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and is also located next to a public park that includes an updated playground, volleyball net, and soccer goal. There is a pool, grill and laundry facility on site. Also a balcony with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. You will be given a key code to access the condo and then the place is all yours! We will be available via phone/text if questions come up. There is a park with updated playground equipment; outdoor exercise equipment (for adults); a basketball court; soccer goal; volleyball net; etc. right next to the condo. The Conch Republic is a popular restaurant just 2 blocks away and then there are some cute boutique shops/eateries just a little further. If you're wanting a bigger shopping area John's Pass has tons of shops and is only a 4-5 minute drive. The Clearwater/St. Petersburg airport is 20 minutes away & the Tampa airport is 30 minutes away. You can either rent a car, take a taxi, or uber. There is one parking space provided (free of charge). If you want to spend most of your time at the beach and at local eateries, a vehicle probably isn't necessary, especially if you want to use the beach trolley which runs from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. If you'd like to explore the entire Tampa Bay area a bit more, a car would be needed. A shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser provided in the shower. The shower is very small. The entire condo is very small. We also provide a hairdryer. There is a full length mirror tucked away beside the Murphy Bed. To maximize the space at the condo we have a Murphy bed. The Murphy bed is a fun, yet functional part of the condo. That said it is less comfortable than a normal bed, as well as more noisy (even with a brand new Casper mattress.) Most people find the sofa bed more comfortable & certainly less noisy. No smoking. No pets. Occasionally there are tropical storms/hurricanes in the area. We will issue a refund if there is a mandatory evacuation - otherwise the reservation stands.
