This small apartment has three areas: the kitchen, the bedroom, and the bathroom. Each room is divided by walls and doors which is why is not really considered a loft. The loft is separated from the house by a door with pins on both sides. But there is another door for more privacy between the kitchen and your bedroom that can be closed and/or opened at your convenience. Therefore each room is separated with a door, there are three rooms/areas: kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. If you require it in advance, the single size bed "twin" is rather two single beds, but they are spliced on top of each other, stackable, "stackable beds" and can be accommodated next to each other as "King" size. Long-term guests have cleaning, as well as change of towels and sheets every 2 weeks (it has an additional price, since that charge is not included, but however the service in Mexico is not reliable and I am not responsible for your belongings) or also if you require it once a week or daily, it is possible (negotiable). Also laundry varies in price depending on quantity, urgency, detergent, etc. If possible, a tip at the end of your stay for the servants, your generosity is greatly appreciated in advance! The patio is shared with the servants to use the washer and dryer that is in that area. For more privacy you can close the curtains/blinds. It has two private parks and one public park. Two of those three parks have outdoor gym equipment. The pans are stored inside the oven. The microwave is currently under repair but there is a small oven (in addition to the large oven). This place is pet-friendly. The backyard is usually covered with leaves from the trees in the neighborhood.
