We have installed a keypad door bolt that allows access with a code without needing a physical key! The code will be sent to you a couple days before your check-in date. Other things to note Going to downtown Austin is just a 10-minute drive away. A bus stop is also nearby, and of course, there always the option of using your favorite rideshare app. We have a dedicated recycling bin inside the apartment for all glass, cans, and hard plastics. We've installed an Ecobee 3 smart thermostat that maximizes cooling and heating efficiency which provides you comfort while minimizing energy usage. We provide a travel size toothpaste, Dove bar soap, Charmin Ultra Soft TP, and a Dyson vacuum cleaner among other things.
