HUGE back porch to relax and watch the sunset! 3rd floor has full bath and 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed, other with a king and trundle bed that sleeps 2) Lower walk out basement is the ultimate hangout area with comfy sectional couch to watch the big game or movie on the 109" screen. Kitchenette area with bar stools and mini fridge to serve up a few snacks. 6 person game table to play cards, board games or do a family puzzle. Full bath and bedroom with (1 queen, 1 bunk bed with single over double bed) Large lake prep-room leads to the outdoor shower and backyard with fire pit overlooking the lake! Brand new custom designed boat dock with JUMP ZONE! Large upper area for sunbathing. Lower level is completely covered so you can enjoy the lake without the sun beating down on you or watch a storm roll in while you stay dry. Hang out in the shade and read a book, or climb the stairs to the Jump Zone as 16' of deep water awaits you! 2 tandem kayaks are waiting for you to explore the lake. Quiet cove right around the corner for a safe expedition for the kids. House is brand new and we are still adding a few comfort features and entertainment items.
