Our cozy and comfortable 3-bedroom home has been renovated with modern touches and lots of old-city charm. Our home is centrally located and in walking distance to many local restaurants, cafés and shops in downtown Lancaster. This home features a kitchen with exposed brick that is full size and well stocked with all you may need during your stay. The master bedroom is located on the second floor, with a comfortable king size bed and luxurious bedding. The bathroom and second bedroom are also located on the second floor. The second bedroom has a single over full size bunk bed. The bath features a double vanity with vessel sinks and a tub/shower with all linens provided. The third bedroom is on the third floor and features a king-size bed. Please note that the stairs going up to the third-floor are pretty steep and may be unsuitable for elderly guests. The house is all yours as well as the back yard. Only 1 off street parking spot is available located directly behind the home. #15. If additional parking is needed, Duke Street garage is located a few blocks away and is approximately a 5-7 minute walk. Street parking is permit parking weekdays from 7 AM until 5 PM. A two hour limit is available to non-permit holders during that window of time. Nights and weekends are not monitored. We live a short driving distance from this property and are available by text, phone call, or airbnb message, if you may need us. Our property is located in a safe neighborhood with Musser park in view from the front porch. There are several favorite restaurants just around the corner, and the heart of downtown within walking distance. Central market is about a 10-12 minute walk and there are many interesting shops, boutiques, cafes and art Galleries located in the same general area.
