PERFECT LOCATION : 2 min from 635, US 75 and Dallas North Tollway to make sure you get where you want to go fast and with an ease. Private, quiet area, so you must be private and quiet as well. Managed pool for residents only is on the property. Plenty of free parking. Fully equipped, it has absolutely everything you may need. Luxury bedding and towels are provided. I put my "European touch" when I decorated the condo. It has everything you may need. New washer and dryer, grilling micro, iron, coffee maker, tea maker and a big office desk for a comfortable home office. The fastest internet is provided that is available in the area. We have recently installed new AC unit with a smart thermostat. The thermostat is locked with a reasonable temperature range (73F the lowest) that is adjusted for the winter and for the summer months. The complex is by a creek so you will see a lot of green around. The big windows and the sky lights allow a lot of natural sunlight in, that makes the living room and the study area bright and luxurious - feels like you are in a penthouse :) Access to enter is with a special code. Every code is unique for each reservation. Code will be given shortly before check in. I am checking my phone frequently so I am available almost always if you need me. The neighborhood is safe and quiet - surrounded with a creek and lots of trees and greens. You will have a great view from the windows - not looking into an other condo but a football size green area and further away the pool and jacuzzi. Great restaurants, bars and several quality entertainment options within a few min drive or 15 min walking. The condo is fully equipped with everything you may need to serve your comfortable stay: laundry room inside the unit, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, scale, shampoo, extra towels and sheets, full equipped kitchen. In Dallas usually people rent cars or use Uber and Lift. Many dining options within 1-2 min drive from fast food to fine dining and steak houses. The popular Addison area with great bars and restaurants is within walking distance if you decide not to drive. Stores within 2min drive: Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Walmart, Office Depot, Aldi, Tom Thumb, Galleria luxury shopping mall, AMC movie theater and spa.
