The space This peaceful, country-style home features an open, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and brand-new stainless steel appliances, plus new carpet, stylish wood flooring, and updated bathrooms. The kitchen opens to a breakfast area and a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings. Step out onto the new deck and enjoy beautiful views of the large backyard. The outdoor space feels like a private retreat, with lovely trees, wide open space, and a tranquil water view. Bring your fishing gear—airboats are welcome—and unwind. Kids can enjoy kite flying, fishing, and exploring the open yard. The home includes two downstairs bedrooms with queen beds, a convertible sleeper sofa in the living room, and an upstairs bedroom with another queen bed and a cozy loveseat in the loft. As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $69 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
