Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV. The space Our family custom-constructed beach home is located in the secure, gated Las Conchas beach front community just a few miles outside of Puerto Penasco, Sonora, Mexico. This Great Room home has beautiful vaulted dome ceilings, a large front porch with a shower, and 3 large bedrooms. There is also a deck up stairs for sunset, star viewing or sleeping. This Beach Front Estate home most comfortably sleeps 6 or less guests, and can sleep up to 8 very comfortably, making it ideal for a single family of almost any size , or two smaller families, or three couples. Easy access, Secure, Near 24 Hour Manned Security Guard Gate. Our site Manager is local to Rocky point and can quickly be on hand to deal with issues or repairs that arise. Our family was tasked with building a beach house that is located in the safe, gated community of Las Conchas, facing the beach a few miles outside of Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, Mexico. This Great Hall home has beautiful vaulted ceilings, dome a large porch with a shower, and 3 large bedrooms. There is also a terrace above the stairs to watch the sunset, see stars when sleeping. Other things to note *Due to the preferences of our certified Covid-free cleaning crew, we are presently not accepting groups with pets (except in the case of service animals or other exceptional circumstances) *In Las Conchas, Beach vendors may come by the beach-facing side of the house to sell items (jewelry, gifts), as well as office services like horse-back rides, massages. While we have never had bad experiences with them, we do encourage constant vigilance, and request you not allow them inside the house (on porch is OK).
