Welcome Home! Our 1960's duplex has had a complete renovation in 2020. It is the perfect spot for your next vacation, business trip, or weekend getaway! We are only minutes away from Uptown and in the middle of NoDa and Plaza Midwood. You will have access to everything within minutes of this location! The space Cleanliness is always very important to us, and we want to highlight the precautions we are taking. All linens are washed on high heat each time (towels and bedding). We provide disinfectant spray, hand soaps in the bathroom and kitchen, household cleaning supplies, and paper essentials (paper towels, toilet paper). In addition to our cleaning routine, we are taking extra care to make sure all surfaces (door knobs, switches & remotes) are sanitized prior to your check-in. Completely renovated this year, our place is ready for your next getaway or business trip! The welcoming living room can comfortably sit 5 people and features a 50” smart tv with a Netflix account ready to binge your favorite shows. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking supplies (pots, pans, serving dishes, baking sheets, crockpot, etc) and utensils, as well as coffee for your stay. You are able to enjoy your meals at the bar in the kitchen, or utilize it as a work space if you're away on business (wifi is available). We have two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other provides two twins. Both are outfitted with tv's, alarm clocks with usb charging available, and luggage racks and hangers in the closets.  An ironing board and iron is provided for your use. The bathroom has a beautiful tiled bath and shower combo. We provide some basic toiletries if you forget yours at home along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. Our home is a duplex, with no adjoining walls. The units have a shared walkway to the back doors. We ask that the deck be reserved for the other unit and the patio with market lighting be used for our guests at this home. It includes a dining table with a grill for a perfect barbecue, and a shared yard. There is a driveway available as well as free on street parking.
