Charming Lake House

Breathtaking views of Lake Simcoe. 3 bedrooms, 1 Bath and open concept living space. Private waterfront & dock. Please note we are only accepting long term stays 31 days or longer Work from the lake while you are working from home - we have two desks! Side deck with shade and al fresco dining. Steps away from public beach/park, close to all amenities, restaurants, golf and the ROC. Ideal for couples, families (not suitable for children 2-12yrs), friends getaway or the solo traveler. The space Open concept bright and sunny! Master Bedroom - spacious queen size bedroom with walk out to side deck. Guest Room: 1 double bed Guest Room 2: Two twin beds Back private deck in backyard with Napoleon BBQ. Private dock with great swimming - 80ft of private water front. Our lakefront is indirect which means you need to cross over the road to our dock. You can see our fence on the lakeside from the front windows. Strong high speed wifi signal Guest access Guests will be greeted by the owner and/or be provided the lockbox code to self check in. Other things to note Our lake house is indirect lakefront which means you need to cross over the road to our private dock and waterfront. We do have a TV to watch movies etc; however, there is no cable but we do have high speed internet. There is a Roku device to connect to your Netflix and other accounts. We also have two desks in the cottage - one in the main room and another in one of the bedrooms for those who need to get some work done while at the lake!
