Perfect for a beach-going couple or solo traveler, this studio includes access to a community outdoor pool to cool you off after a day in the sun. You'll have a convenient kitchenette where you can whip up simple breakfasts, as well as a great location close to ocean beaches and downtown Wells. What's nearby: This condo is located in the Moody neighborhood of Wells, on the western edge of the Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve. Spend the summer boogie boarding and sunbathing at Moody, Footbridge, and Ogunquit Beaches, all of which are one mile away. You can also take easy coastal drives to the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge (six miles north) and charming downtown Kennebunkport (10 miles northeast). Things to know: Free WiFi Kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, stovetop, and toaster oven *Please note that no trailers of any kind are permitted on this property, as part of HOA rules. *The pool is open Memorial Day-Labor Day 9 am-9 pm, weather permitting *Speed limit 5MPH Guest access The front door is secured with a deadbolt elock. Enter your 10-digit code, wait for the Schlage button to flash green, then rotate the deadbolt away from the doorframe to unlock. If the light flashes red, press the Schlage button to reset, wait for it to turn green, and try again. After three unsuccessful attempts, the system will lock you out for 30 seconds. To lock the door when you leave, press the Schlage button and turn the deadbolt toward the frame - the elock does not lock automatically. Standard check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am. If you need after-hours assistance or have questions about entry, contact the on-site property manager. Other things to note The community pool is available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day, open 9am to 9pm (weather permitting). Only renters listed on the reservation may use the pool per HOA rules. A shared charcoal grill is available in the common space. This is a condo unit within the Holiday House Condominiums complex. There is no daily housekeeping service, though linens and towels are provided and changed between stays. If you need laundry facilities during an extended stay, several local laundromats are in the area. Complimentary start-up amenities include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, and a sponge - these are intended only to start your stay, and you're responsible for any additional supplies.
