Our 1-bedroom is equipped with an ultra-firm king-size bed and has a great view. The master bath has an enviable shower/tub combo. Our master bathroom suite does not have a door between it and the master bedroom, however - there is a door between the bedroom and living area for you privacy. The main living areas include two cozy recliners, couch with sofa bed, dining area for 4, fully equipped kitchen, and guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. As-is, our condo has room for 4 guests, however, your group may include up to 6 persons if you are able to bring your own air-mattress. POLICIES & INFO *Our ensuite master bathroom does not have a door between it and the master bedroom; for your privacy, there is a door between the master bedroom and living areas for your privacy. *Our home is family-friendly and non-smoking. *This vacation home does NOT allow pets. *Guest capacity is strictly enforced. *We strive to regularly update our photos and listing description; however, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in photos or descriptions. *Our staff works diligently to maintain sanitation and inventory in this home; however, if you find something lacking, please reach out by phone to our front office so we may promptly address your needs. *You may park 1 vehicle with a parking permit. No exceptions. RESORT FEES All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33. The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and older are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply. The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival. The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
