The home has an open concept with 12 ft sliders in the Living room opening all the way to Lanai, Pool and the Lake for a nice breeze from the lake and trees surrounding the property. The lake and fenced in landscape around left and right side of Lanai make it very private and relaxed! The space The house offers large Living Room and formal Dining room with full view to pool and lake, 3 fully furnished bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms, fully equipped and remodeled kitchen, 2 cars attached garage, lanai and large screen enclosed in-ground heated pool. The Living Room features a 55’, flat HD TV with top of the line DVD player and high-speed (75MBS) wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi). Sofa and 2 Reclining chairs are also available to sit and relax on. The Master Bedroom is on its own side of the house and offers a brand-new King Size bedroom set with top of the line brand new mattress; beautiful large bathroom with 2 separate sinks and walk in shower; Large Walk- In closet. A 40’ slick flat screen TV and DVD player, to allow your privacy in watching your favorite show or movies, is also available in the master bedroom. The additional 2 bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house with the second bathroom in between. Second Bedroom is large and comfortable offers a very nice and elegant queen size bedroom set with a very comfortable mattress. Third Bedroom set is brand new and offers a queen-size bedroom set with comfortable mattress. Second Bathroom is large and is newly remodeled with bath tub, shower and pedestal sink. The kitchen is completely remodeled: New cabinets, quartz counter and All Brand New Stainless steel Appliances: Refrigerator, Stove&Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and all Small appliances. There is an additional fee of $18/night plus tax per each additional adult or children over 13. Maximum 2 pets allowed; Dogs only-NO CATS! for an additional fee of $18/night plus tax per pet (Maximum 2 dogs trained and non barking dogs under 55 lbs each are allowed). Heated pool is optional for an additional fee of $20/night or $125/week
