Welcome to my cozy home near the beach. I'm a retired woman living with my 3 dogs a very relaxed and cozy life. Yes, the room I rent is a transofrmed garage, with its own private bathroom and entrance, its not the fanciest of rooms and you might hear some noice from me and my dogs, so if you think this might be a problem I kindly suggest you look for other options. The house is located inside a gated community called Plaza Del Mar Club Section and there is security 24/7. The entrance to the room is through the garage (there is a part that i left as garage). There is a door that connects to the house but it will br kept locked at all times. The room is perfect for a solo traveler, surfer, mountan biker or beach lover. There is room for you to store your surfboard/bike/ equipment. Option to pick-up at the border and San Diego Airport is available with at least 24 hours notice and with an extra charge of $40 dollars (border) and $75 ( SAN DIEGO AIRPORT). Guest access The house is located in a private community (Plaza Del Mar Club Section). The community has a pool and jacuzzy, at your disposal.
