Resort Amenities: Kids pool with tons of slides, Jacuzzi, Gym, Parking, 24 hr. security, 2 Swimming Pools with swim-up bar, Restaurant. NON-Smoking CONDO. NO PETS. HOA doesn’t allow guests to bring pets. RESORT FEES $7 P/Person p-day. The complex is under construction, but no noise. The Resort is 20 minutes grocery stores. The Resort is by Playa Encanto and is 25 minutes from Peñasco; grocery stores, malecón and all main attractions. Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures, social distancies policy during your stay and general interaction with staff and community.
