We are located in the private and secure San Antonio del Mar community ~18 minutes from the border and 5 minutes to Rosarito. We have beautiful views from the dining room, kitchen, front room, master suite, 2 patios, and rooftop lounge. The community has restaurants, beach access, pool, tennis courts, and other family-friendly activities. You’ll love all the cozy spots to sit and take in ocean views. Our place is good for anyone. Beautiful Beach House! Built in 2016, it’s a 3 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, a short walk to the beach. Located in the private and 24/7 secured San Antonio Del Mar community with security guards at the north and south entrances. Community Pools that overlook the ocean, Tennis Courts and a 2 parks for children, Restaurants with beachfront views and patio seating, bars, coffee, super market, spa, Massage parlor and Salon, all within a short stroll and within the community gates from our beautiful home! 5 minute walking to the sandy beach! Maximum occupancy of 9 people wifi access 3 decks overlook ocean - spacious and relaxing patio off 2nd floor with water feature- large rooftop deck on 4th floor with amazing views! 1 parking space in garage but you can park down the street for any extra cars Golf Cart usage for an additional $50 fee. Entire house We are available at any time to help with any request. We can help design a tour of the wine country, shopping trips, hiking/biking or any other excursion you can think of. Uber can come here to pick you up or drop you off. Just plan for extra time. -There are two entrances one on the north side and one on the south side. Enter through the north entrance and our place is right around the corner. If you go through the south entrance it will be about a 5-7 minute ride through very cobblestone roads. -We recommend you enter North entrance and walk, rent our golf cart or drive around on the main road to the south entrance if you need to go there. -The south entrance is where all the restaurants, bars and the market is. -1 parking space in garage but you can park down the street for any extra cars (parking is limited we recommend carpooling or getting uber if possible). -Lockbox with key in it.
