Easily access beaches, waterways and parkland for hiking, swimming, surfing, kayaking, SUP boarding, mountain biking and all that West Marin has to offer. A deck off the living room has a table, chairs and a small gas BBQ. Also on the main floor is a sunroom with floor to ceiling glass and a glass roof, Balinese bamboo furniture, breakfast table and a side deck. The bathroom has a claw foot tub and shower. There is central heating with the thermostat located in the living area. Downstairs is a large, plush carpeted bedroom surrounded with rock walls, huge beams, a queen sleigh bed, lounge area, flat screen TV and a wood stove. Also a small, bright bedroom with a single bed and a small deck attached. An ante room between the bedrooms contains a wash sink and leads to a private rock walled, slate tile floored area with a dual head outdoor shower and hot tub. There is a laundry room for your use with a full sized washer, dryer, utility sink and linen storage. Outside you will find a stone patio with table, chairs and umbrella. There is a carport for 2 cars. Our son, David, lives on the property in a small separate cabin and serves as manager and caretaker.
