House sits right on the beach located in secure gated community of Baja Malibu. We are 5 miles south of playa de Tijuana and 5 miles north of Rosarito/ papas and beer Beach house with private access to the beach. Air conditioning/ heating throughout home, smart tvs in every room direct tv in living room. Brand new comfy beds with nice linen. Just a 10 min drive to downtown Rosarito including papas and beer. The whole house I’m just an hour away in San Diego but can have my property manger help in anyway. We are located in Baja Malibu playas. We are a short drive to Rosarito. Parking is limited so please only 2 cars and must park in front of the house or any empty lots. Please bring your own beach towels Extra toilet paper for larger groups and dura logs if you’d like to use the fireplace. Only the amount of guest on reservation will be allowed through the gates so please be accurate with the number of guest on reservation.
