Complete apartment in 2nd floor, with 2 bedrooms, for maximun 4 people. comfortable Queen beds, recliner. Ideal , for couples, to work remotely, business, doctor appointments. NO PARKING INSIDE THE PROPERY. You can move easily by public transport, Uber or walking in the area. Independent entrance, located at the back of the house, well lit , 4 blocks from the beach. Safe comercial zone. Public transport around the corner. Restaurants, coffe shops, markets, banks, squares a few steps away. The space safe and cozy, television in the living room and another in the bedroom. The apartment is for private use and is not shared with any other guest. Area with desk and chair to work. Wifi 100 mbps. TV, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and iron, hair dryer. There is another accommodation downstairs and I live opposite with my family. There is no parking inside the property, unless it is a small car we can give you a space in the garage. Guest access There is no parking inside. You can move around the neighborhood on foot since everything is close, the Uber service is cheap and practical, there is public transport on the corner. Other things to note The accommodation is on the second floor, there is another airbnb accommodation on the ground floor, my family and I live opposite, so you can meet other guests in the corridor entering or leaving. If you need something there is usually someone who is on the during the day there may be noise from neighbors mowing the grass, barking dogs.
