Casa Serena (Peaceful House) is an OCEAN FRONT, 5 bedroom home in the gated community of Las Gaviotas south of Rosarito (K41) that can be rented for up to 10 guests (including infants). Come enjoy our large (4200 sq ft) renovated home which includes an ocean front patio, well stocked kitchen with Wolf stove, gorgeous fireplace, indoor ping pong table, private jacuzzi, washer/dryer, wifi and open air courtyard. The space Our home is sparkling clean with all new furniture. We have five bedrooms all with brand new comfortable beds and high quality sheets: Ocean Front Master Bedroom: King Bed & Private Bath 2nd Room: King Bed and Private Bath 3rd Room: Two Queen Beds and Private Bath 4th Room: Bunk Beds with a trundle bed Casita (5th Room): Private Entrance, King Bed and Private Bath Private jacuzzi NO PETS Guest access The entire home is yours to rent. Please note that we do not allow groups celebrating bachelor/bachelorette parties. Our home is in the quiet section of Las Gaviotas, so please keep this in mind. We can only rent to 10 guests. Infants and small children count towards the 10 guest limit per HOA rules. NO PETS. This is a Las Gaviotas Community rule. You will not be allowed to enter with any pets. A picture of the rules are in the photo section of the listing. Other things to note Las Gaviotas is in a gated community and is very safe. There is a community pool and jacuzzi. We also have a private jacuzzi. There are several restaurants that you can walk to easily. We can only rent to 10 guests. Infants and small children count towards the 10 guest limit, per HOA rules.
